We are passionate and dedicated yoga teachers with over 20 years of teaching experience. We have been trained in various styles of yoga, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Sivananda and Vinyasa. Our classes focus on helping my students reach their fullest potential by deepening their practice through mindful movements, breathing techniques and Meditation.Our mission is to provide a safe space for everyone to learn the ancient art of yoga while developing an understanding of self-awareness and wellbeing. We believe that through regular practice anyone can find peace within themselves which will ultimately lead to better physical health and mental clarity.

Satish Thota: Sandhya teacher is a very friendly and professional yoga teacher.She is knowledgeable about the different yoga styles.She has expert knowledge of body movements,various tips and techniques to improve flexibility.Sandhya teacher uses that perception to help us to correct & improve techniques while also catering individual plans to achieve individual goals throughout the session.I would definitely recommend it!
Prior to this program, I was a very irregular yoga practioner. Their program changed that in my life. For the past 3 years I have been their student and have been extremaly benefitted by their program. I have recommended them to many of my family and friends in USA and India, who have also joined their clases. I like their holistic approach to yoga that comprises of daily routine with lots of asanas, surya namaskar, pranayanama, bhastrika etc.. In 2020, when I was the president of NRIVA (NRI Vasavi Association), a nonprofit organization with more than 20000 members,
during the pandemic we wanted to bring in Free Online Yoga classes through Zoom to all our members. During that search process for renowned yoga teachers, we reached out to Satish Thota
and he came forward to teach yoga to all our members for a very nominal fee, as part of his community service. In this 28 week
